Bulk import subscribers via CSV
Drop a CSV into the Subscribers tab and we'll import everyone at once. Handles dupes, bad emails, and case mismatches automatically.
Adding subscribers one at a time is fine when you're starting out. It's miserable when you're migrating from another tool and have 800 emails in a spreadsheet.
Bulk CSV import is live. Open the Subscribers tab, click Import, and drag your file in. We show you a preview — how many valid emails we found, how many we'll skip — before you confirm anything. Then you click Import and we process the list.
What gets handled automatically:
- Duplicates — already subscribed to this page? Skipped silently, not double-counted.
- Case mismatches —
User@Example.comanduser@example.comare the same subscriber. - Invalid formats — malformed addresses are flagged in the preview so you can fix them before importing.
- Casing normalization — all addresses stored lowercase regardless of how they came in.
The CSV just needs one column of email addresses. Headers optional. That's it.
We'll add support for name columns and custom fields in a future release. For now, this covers the primary use case: getting your existing list in without a copy-paste marathon.
