Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard whenever you want. When you upgrade, you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Start on any plan and see if it fits before you commit.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
We won't cut you off mid-incident. You'll get a heads-up when you're approaching limits and a grace period to upgrade. Your status pages stay live the entire time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the billing period — no penalties, no exit fees.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
Yes. Startups with under $5M in funding and registered non-profits get 50% off any paid plan for the first year. Email us at hello@livestatus.dev with proof of status.
How is LiveStatus different from Statuspage.io?
