Redesigned transactional emails with branded templates, a new onboarding drip sequence, and one-click unsubscribe preferences.
Every email LiveStatus sends has been redesigned. Incident notifications, subscriber confirmations, and password resets now use a consistent branded template with your status page logo and colors.
The new drip engine sends a 5-email onboarding sequence to new account creators: welcome, first-page setup tips, invite-your-team nudge, uptime-check configuration, and a feedback ask. Each step only fires if the user hasn't already completed the action.
Subscribers can now manage their notification preferences from a single page linked in every email footer. They can toggle per-service notifications, switch between email and SMS, or unsubscribe entirely. The unsubscribe link is one-click compliant with RFC 8058.
